Scratch & Win - Terms and Conditions

Each player is provided with a unique playcode, which can only be used once. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused playcodes. If any errors occur in the assignment or redemption of playcodes, Rarian Interactive reserves the right to invalidate any playcode at its sole discretion.

4. Cancellation and Modification

Rarian Interactive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Game or any campaign at any time without prior notice or obligation. This includes the right to withdraw or modify any prizes or rewards associated with the Game.

5. Prizes and Rewards

Prizes offered in the Game are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value, or withdraw any prize entirely. No player is entitled to claim any prize if an error, malfunction, or technical issue occurs in the Game.

6. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any player who tampers with the Game, uses unauthorized methods to participate, or violates these Terms. Any form of manipulation or misuse of the Game will result in forfeiture of any prizes and potential legal action.

By participating in the Game, you agree that you will not make any claims against Rarian Interactive regarding errors, prize outcomes, or technical malfunctions. You also waive any right to legal recourse or compensation for any issues that arise from your participation.
